Vicon’s iXter B mounted sprayers can now be equipped with iXflow E – an electrically operated recirculation system that also includes electric nozzle control using Hypro’s ProStop-E nozzles, delivering faster and more precise section control.
Available on 24-30m booms, the new system affords up to 15 boom sections and provides full boom line recirculation, without dead-ends. By feeding the spray lines at multiple points, the system also delivers shorter reaction times and eliminates pressure fluctuations that can occur at each nozzle during rapid on/off switching.
Compared to a compressed air-operated system iXflowE is less complex and improves spraying performance, liquid recirculation and the boom line cleaning process.
